Budget Savvy's Melissa Tosetti and chef/writer Mark Parker are teaming up to teach a hands-on budget cooking class. You will discover at least 10 meals that you can put into your cooking repertoire right now! All the meals include easy-to-find ingredients that are both delicious and nutritious. Mark will demonstrate shortcuts to save time in the kitchen including knife skills 101. The two will share grocery shopping tips, tell you the best places to find certain foods, offer strategies on saving money when dining out and lots more.

Materials Fee: $5 to the instructor for supplies
