Free Produce at Smith-Faria Farms

Dante and I are heading to Fresno tomorrow for a long overdue visit. I have already told my mom that I plan on raiding their garden and orchard while I am there. I am especially hoping that they have plenty of pluots still on the tree. Paul and I have been talking about making pluot wine or mead, just for the fun of it.

My mom and Gary like to experiment with their garden so they are always planting something unusual. Last year's crop of Elephant Heart Plums were especially delicious. I am looking forward to seeing what is new in the garden this summer. I'll keep you posted.
